Delete your account

How deletion works

1. Submit the form below with the email address on your BarKeep account.
2. We verify the request. Managers or owners at your bar are notified when the email matches an active account.
3. Your personal login access is removed or deactivated, typically within 30 days of a verified request.

What is deleted

• Your user login (email, name, role assignment, and authentication credentials)
• Personal profile settings tied to your user account
• Device session tokens for the web and Android apps

What may be retained

• Business records your bar already created (sales, bills, stock movements, audit logs) may be kept for accounting, tax, and legal obligations
• If you are the bar owner, deleting your personal login does not automatically delete the whole organization. Contact privacy@389group.ltd for organization-level deletion
